To the Attention of the Commision for the Prevention of Corruption

Little has changed since the Zoran Thaler affair. The following materials reveal high-level corruption in the Slovenian economic, business and political systems. These materials reveal various instances of crony capitalism, violations of lobbying laws, violations of campaign finance laws, political overreach into state owned enterprises, referral of contracts to associated companies, embezzlement of state funds and more. This constitutes severe breaches of Slovenia’s Anti-Corruption Act (ZIntPK). Attached are appendixes to the filed complaints.
